Mr. Zero was an dock manager who worked for a short time on the Island of Sodor. during his working time, he had been devious, and for have numerous criminal connections, he was fired from his work as a dock manager.
Bio
Mr. Zero is quite bad tempered, he has a yellow and black striped megaphone, that can be seen out of the run-down wooden dock-building that he works in Zero dock, he was sent away when Sir Topham Hatt discovered how mean and evil he was.
